Budget co-ordination

It is important to ensure that when capital schemes are to be undertaken at existing premises early and full consideration is given to co-ordinating any work covered by the following budgets:
- Any programmed maintenance or maintenance work likely to become necessary in future years;
- Any energy conservation investment monies that may be available;
- Schools direct funding
The Oxfordshire County Council Corporate Landlord will indicate in the commission if funding from sources other than Capital Programme is known at that time.
Written confirmation must be received by the service provider project manager from the fund holders for any additional funding realised confirming their ability to contribute.
Where school direct funding is realised manual form School contribution to capital schemes should be completed.
The funding provision must be reconciled to the contract sum by a funding statement.
