Checklists for project work

One of the following checklists must be completed for all projects over £1000.

Capital projects and minor works over £100,000

A copy of the completed and authorised checklist up to and including section 5 must form part of the contract let pack.

All Repair and maintenance projects and minor works under £100,000

A copy of the completed and authorised checklist must accompany all orders requiring signature or countersignature by Oxfordshire County Council Corporate Landlord. See Contract Procedure Rules (Property & Facilities) A1/010 for guidance on authorisation procedures.

Checklists must be completed as work proceeds and will be reviewed at agreed stages of the project by means of the Gateway review form
