Contractors safety audits

Safety audits of contractors are to be carried out, by the service provider, at the following stages:

  1. Prior to the letting of any term contract. The audit should be carried out after receipt of tenders and only on the lowest tenderer;
  2. Where contractors performance on health and safety is unsatisfactory

The audits will be initiated and led by the service provider who will record the audit and to produce a written report including any recommendations.

A representative of Oxfordshire County Council Corporate Landlord will attend the audit and to produce a written report including any recommendations.
